Description

We come to your home and help diagnose the cause of your Microsoft® Windows®-based computer problems, such as software configurations, router configuration, Internet settings, virus or spyware/malware issues, or operating system errors.

We can:
1. Check computer and network connections settings
2. Perform hardware tests
3. Check for viruses and spyware and do a security audit
4. Help you with a backup plan for the future
5. Solve issues and do system tune-ups as necessary.
6. Download and arrange installation of operating system updates

Please let us know what you need. If it is determined that parts are required to fix your problem, we will provide advice on the best course for repair (parts are extra).
Our goal is to strive to help get your computer back to working condition (except in the event of a hardware failure). Average service duration: 1 to 1.5 hrs. Maximum service duration: 2 hrs.
